Sunday work party 1/15/17

Greetings Friends of Lincoln Park, we have a work party coming up.
  • Sunday, Jan 15, 9am to noon
  • Meet at the north parking lot kiosk (Fauntleroy Way SW & SW Rose St)
  • Looks as if it's likely to be warmer than last weekend, but dress in NW layers to stay warm and dry, with sturdy shoes or boots.
And here's another reminder of an extraordinary opportunity. The Central Puget Sound Chapter of the Washington Native Plant Society is re-activating it's highly respected native plant steward training. The training will be held in Shoreline and involves 100 hours of class time, plus field trips and is free. Participants will be expected to complete 100 hours of volunteer work in Shoreline following training.

For more information, go to:  http://wnps.org/npsp/cps/stewardship/index.html

If you miss us at 9am, check the map on the kiosk to find us or call Sharon at 206 464 1968.
